Let's be clear about this
When I shop for "Feasting on the Word," I am specifically considering a subscription to a well-regarded preaching reference by David L. Bartlett and Barbara Brown Taylor.
I am NOT registering for a set of overpriced dinnerware. Not even if it comes with a set of Dead Sea Scroll Steak Knives.

you got to admit the dinner ware could be kinda fun and a conversation piece and at least it is tastefully done.
As for Rev. Little Ed, well $5 isn't bad for a set of steak knives and if my choices are steak knives or my head through a pop machine Ill take the steak knives please.

I have to say that I have the dinnerware from htt://www.feastingontheword.com and I love it. What a great conversation starter about the Bible during dinner parties.
